Job Responsibility:
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components sub-assemblies and final assemblies
  • Maintaining records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
  • Manage business configurations for the manufacturing execution system (MES) and ERP System (SAP)
  • Writing business requirement documents for IT to develop and improve our system architecture
  • Conduct user acceptance testing of all new code developments deploys for accuracy
  • Enable new products at the manufacturing facility by managing product set ups and virtual/pilot builds
  • Troubleshoot system issues that arise from operations
  • Access and pull data from various databases and translate the data to an acceptable form for engineering and business teams to drive improvements
  • Represent Manufacturing in various related projects and initiatives
  • Design portions of engineering solutions, including methods, operation sequences, and processes for the manufacturing of parts, component sub- assemblies, and final assemblies
  • Collaborating and communicating with management, internal, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners
  • Participating as a member of project team of other manufacturing engineers and internal and outsourced manufacturing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high quality manufacturing solutions for low to moderately-complex products from new-product introduction through end of lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline
  • Knowledgeable about using engineering tools and software to design and automate manufacturing processes
  • Capable of applying analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of database structures and an understanding of coding languages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options
