We are currently looking for a Business Unit Manager for a Medical Device MNC that has a legacy of over 62 years. This position requires your urgent attention. Reporting to the Country Manager, the role includes driving business growth and profitability, developing strategic plans, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves providing leadership and development to the sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Drive business growth and profitability for the company's product range through effective sales strategies, budget management, and operational efficiency improvements
Develop and execute strategic plans encompassing business cases, marketing initiatives, product registration, pricing strategies, and market analysis
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams
Provide leadership and talent development to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience within the medical device industry
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
