Job Description:

Are you an experienced Electrical Technician, an Electrical Engineer or an Electrician who now wants to work for a reputable and stable business with an excellent work-life balance? We offer an environment where experience and knowledge is valued. Based at our site in Watford, you will be a vital part of the service department providing calibration on electrical devices.

Job Responsibility:

Run testing and calibration on circa 15-20 jobs per day
Use specialist calibration software
Check accuracy of equipment
Calibrate equipment
Perform visual and basic electrical safety checks
Label, change batteries, and clean equipment
Process certification
Check and adjust equipment if it fails calibration

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification, or equivalent, or above
Good organisation skills with high attention to detail
Systematic approach to work
Some computer literacy
Capacity to use specialist calibration equipment
Exposure to mains / high voltage electrics (ideal)
