Job Description:

Join our team as a Call Center Customer Support Superstar! This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential to become permanent. You'll handle inbound customer inquiries, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer inquiries with charm, professionalism, and a sprinkle of magic
Prove your banking or customer service expertise by solving problems and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your insights and ideas are valued

Requirements:

At least one year of inbound customer support experience OR one year of banking experience
Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
Previous experience in a call center customer service environment
Strong skills in customer service and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently

Nice to have:

Bonus points if you have both inbound customer support and banking experience
