Job Description:

We’re hiring Call Center Representatives to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site position, where you’ll become an essential part of our team by delivering outstanding customer support and building lasting connections.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, providing professional and friendly assistance
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account management
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive resolution experience
Accurately document customer interactions and details using company systems and software
Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including call response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to address escalations and identify process improvements
Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or customer support role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM software or call center technology
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
Willingness to work on-site in a professional office environment in the Twin Cities area
