Requirements:

Had hands on experience of CAM software like NX OR Espirit
Must know programing for 3 axis, 5 axis machines as well as for turning centers
In-depth knowledge of cutting tools
Experience of cutting hard metals like Titanium, Inconel, Nimonic etc.
In-depth technical knowledge of drawings and specifications to discuss key issues with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Standard AS9100 D
Specific working knowledge with critical engine parts like stator blades, moving blades, turbine wheels, blisks, impellers, and other critical sub-assemblies which are high in volume, made of difficult to cut material
NEW PART DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTATION
CAPABLE OF DEVELOPING CRITICAL PARTS INDIVIDUALLY.
