Job Description:

The measurement technician is responsible for the execution of car-related projects in the engineering group in Leuven. The focus for the position as Technician is on the execution and management of instrumentation and measurement projects. Duties will include Noise and Vibration data acquisition, processing, maintenance of equipment, mechanical work on test cars and construction of fixtures.

Job Responsibility:

Creating test set-ups
Executing tests
Data analysis and reporting
Customer contact
Setting up and follow-up of measurement campaigns

Requirements:

Background in auto mechanics and preferably also knowledge of electronics
You have a technical graduate or bachelor's degree
Good technical hands-on skills
You are flexible and can travel 10-20% of the time within and outside Europe
Good knowledge of English
Customer oriented
Experience with Simcenter Testlab is an asset
Experience with strain gauges is an asset
