Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you'll be a key part of the team providing exceptional care, promoting independence, and ensuring residents' health and happiness in a warm environment.

Job Responsibility:

assist residents with daily routines
support residents’ personalized care plans
monitor health and communicate concerns
uphold residents’ dignity and respect
encourage social interactions among residents and staff
ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
assist with eating and drinking
bring joy and smiles to residents’ lives

Requirements:

SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
ideally have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
passion for caring for the elderly
committed to delivering excellent service
bring integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork
