Job Description:

A hugely popular SEN education center is seeking a Support Worker to work 1:1 with young adults and adults aged 18 years and older who have SEN, Autism, and social processing disorder. The setting focuses on life skills, self-esteem, employability skills, and supported education within a safe and welcoming environment. The role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, in a lively and inclusive setting.

Job Responsibility:

Support young adults and adults with SEN, Autism, and social processing disorder
Provide assistance in classes and activities
Help learners develop life skills, self-esteem, and employability skills

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
SEN experience (desirable)
Education or care-based experience in the last 2 years (desirable)

Nice to have:

SEN experience
Education or care-based experience in the last 2 years
