Job Description:

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in a care team ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support while championing their dignity, health, and happiness.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines, promoting independence
Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
Monitor residents' health and communicate concerns to Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager
Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident
Encourage social interactions among residents and staff
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
Assist residents with eating and drinking
Bring joy to residents’ lives

Requirements:

SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
Genuine interest in caring for the elderly
Commitment to delivering excellent service
Integrity
Respect
Strong sense of teamwork

Nice to have:

Care experience of at least 6 months
transferable skills
