Job Description:

We are looking for an all-round Multi Trader to work in the Hastings area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E), providing services to our clients at a high-quality standard.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed

Requirements:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties

Full clean driving licence (essential)
Eligible to live and work in the UK
NVQ level 2
