Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a non-profit organization in Carson City to hire a Case Manager. This role involves working closely with candidates daily, assessing their needs, documenting case details, and coordinating necessary services. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with individuals via phone to assess their needs and determine service eligibility
Accurately document case details in the Access database
Coordinate with service providers and establish new partnerships through outreach efforts
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure proper documentation storage
Communicate the organization's policies and procedures effectively
Keep internal messaging and case notes updated to ensure seamless follow-ups
Regularly review and follow up on cases to ensure continued support
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) for daily tasks
Manage relevant tasks using QuickBooks

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Case Manager role
Strong ability to answer and manage inbound calls promptly and professionally
Proficient in obtaining necessary authorizations for case management services
Experienced in administrative tasks and office procedures
Committed to delivering excellent customer service in all interactions
Skilled in handling high-volume calls and ensuring proper phone coverage
Exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism
Ability to conduct phone screenings for case evaluations effectively
