Job Description:

The Case Manager role involves managing personal injury cases, communicating with clients, organizing documents, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing medical records, handling prelitigation processes, and managing property damage claims.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates on case progress
Collect and scrutinize intake information, medical documentation, and additional supporting documents
Manage property damage claims effectively
Ensure proper communication with adjusters and verify insurance coverage
Coordinate medical appointments and treatments for clients and follow up accordingly
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring they are well-prepared for demand submission
Collaborate with attorneys to determine case value and negotiate settlements
Monitor the progress of cases proactively, ensuring all necessary actions are taken
Analyze medical records to support case handling
Schedule and coordinate various appointments as part of case management

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Case Manager role or similar
Proficiency in Medical Records Analysis
Experience in Client Intake procedures
Knowledge of Property Damage Claim management
Familiarity with Personal Injury Law
Ability to handle Prelitigation processes
Proven experience in Case Management
Excellent skills in Coordinating Schedules
