Job Description:

We are in search of a Case Manager to join our team in Fresno, California, 93726, United States. As a Case Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement, while ensuring superior service to our clients.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, keeping them updated on their case progress
Analyze and collect intake information, medical records, and supporting documents
Facilitate the acquisition of Police Reports
Notify appropriate parties such as Medi-Cal and Medi-Care
Manage property damage claims efficiently
Ensure insurance coverage verification and maintain communication with adjusters
Oversee medical treatment for clients by scheduling appointments and following up on care
Keep case files orderly and up-to-date, ensuring they are ready for demand submission
Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate case value and negotiate settlements
Actively monitor case progress and provide regular updates

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Case Manager or in a related role
Proficient in Medical Records Analysis
Demonstrated experience in Client Intake
Familiarity with Property Damage Claim procedures
Knowledge of Personal Injury Law
Experience in Prelitigation processes
Proven skills in Case Management
Ability to coordinate schedules effectively
