Job Description:

We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist for a Brookfield, WI area organization. In this role, you will focus on handling payment posting, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely responses
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
Post all incoming cash by the end of the business day
Investigate unapplied cash and resolve any issues
Provide backup support to other departments
Accurately and efficiently handle customer credit applications
Maintain precise records of customer credit

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cash Applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills
