Job Description:

The role is set within the financial industry where the primary function is to manage and maintain customer accounts, specifically focusing on cash applications and accounts receivable. Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently handle customer credit applications
Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on their status
Utilize skills in Cash Applications and Accounts Receivable (AR) to enhance the financial processes
Continuously update and maintain the customer database, ensuring all information is current and accurate
Collaborate with other financial team members to ensure all customer account activities are accurately recorded
Identify and address any discrepancies or irregularities in customer accounts
Follow industry standards and regulations in all customer account management activities
Provide regular reports on customer account status and activities

Requirements:

Proficient in Cash Applications
Understanding and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Demonstrated ability to accurately process financial transactions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex accounts
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Legally authorized to work in the United States
