Job Description:

Due to another internal promotion, this global client is looking to recruit an experienced casualty claims handler to join their team on a 100% home-based basis. In this role you will investigate casualty – EL, PL and Product liability insurance claims from intimation through to settlement, establishing extent of damage and liability on behalf of key clients.

Job Responsibility:

Act as technical reference point for key clients regarding liability
Handle a caseload of public an employers’ liability claims from intimation through to settlement
Assess damage/liability, identify fraud and negotiate quantum
Liaise with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimantsand third parties
Provide an efficient and courteous service in a professional manner
Handle your own caseload from intimation through to settlement

Requirements:

Track record of handling liability claims – EL, PL and product
Confident handling claims from intimation through to settlement
Knowledge and experience of handling MOJ portal claims
A good understanding of insurance principles
Excellent customer service
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
