Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Catastrophic Injury team that promises good quality work and excellent career prospects.

Job Responsibility:

handle a caseload of complex matters up to £500k with a focus on EL/PL claims
work alongside a partner on higher value matters including multi-million-pound brain injury matters

Requirements:

1-5 years' PQE
previous experience of handling or assisting on multi-track Personal Injury matters
defendant experience desirable but claimant background also considered
