Job Description:

A Serious/Catastrophic Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 Defendant law firm based in Manchester. You will manage a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files and assist Partners on high-value cases. This role involves handling diverse files, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases. Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files
Assist Partners on high-value Catastrophic Injury cases
Handle a varied caseload including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases.

Requirements:

Experience managing a caseload of Defendant Serious/Catastrophic Injury RTA and EL/PL files
Experience assisting Partners on high-value Catastrophic Injury cases
Experience handling cases such as brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases
Applications invited from both Defendant and Claimant Solicitors/Legal Executives
Experience working on Serious Injury/Catastrophic cases is ideal.
