Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established firm that offers good quality work and excellent career prospects. The role involves managing up to 12 people ranging from Paralegals to Senior Fee Earners, with the option to manage a smaller caseload if desired.

Job Responsibility:

General performance management, coaching and mentoring to ensure targets are met
Driving performance against targets, KPIs SLAs and SOPs to deliver excellence and financial performance for clients
Undertake monthly 1-2-1s with the team
Actively monitor employee wellbeing
Identify any gaps in knowledge and implement training as and when required

Requirements:

Good understanding of Catastrophic Injury work
Previous managerial experience
