Randstad is partnering with a well-known Retail brand. They are currently looking to hire a Category Manager to join them. Job Responsibility:

Develop and plan category strategies aligned with business goals
Collaborate with vendors to source exclusive products and align with brand objectives
Oversee the selection and curation of products within each category to ensure a well-rounded and attractive assortment
Monitor category performance metrics, sales data, and profitability to identify trends and areas for improvement
Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to foster professional development

Requirements:

Proven experience in category management, or merchandising in retail setting
