Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the financial services sector for a CDO/Wires Analyst. This role involves processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
Ensure the upkeep and accuracy of all customer credit records
Proactively handle customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Monitor customer accounts attentively and execute necessary actions
Utilize Excel to analyze and present data effectively
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and tools for better customer service
Assist in the development of strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Familiarity with financial service industry regulations and standards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret and analyze financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with CDO/Wires in a financial setting
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
