Job Description:

We are seeking a CFO to join our team in west Denver. In this role, you will lead our financial strategy and operations with a focus on scaling the business and achieving investment goals. You will be tasked with overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management, while also shaping the strategic direction in partnership with the CEO.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute financial goals in collaboration with the executive team
Advise on growth initiatives such as acquisitions, technology investments, operational efficiencies, and market expansion
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Maintain and optimize financial systems and processes
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
Spearhead risk management efforts
Monitor and mitigate risks associated with market volatility, liquidity, and covenant compliance
Manage capital structure
Serve as the primary liaison with investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a CFO or similar leadership role
Proficiency in using 3M
Expertise in various Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Comprehensive understanding of Business Systems
Proficient in using CRM software
Solid grasp of Accounting Functions and principles
Experience in Auditing
In-depth knowledge of Budget Processes
Expertise in Capital Management
Skilled in Cash Flow Analysis
