Job Description:

Baxter Thetford is seeking a Chemistry Analyst QC for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting analytical testing during various stages of manufacturing, following good quality control practices, and collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality product release. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates seeking experience in a laboratory within a global pharmaceutical company.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with testing on various process samples
Participates in any required laboratory investigations as required
Follows Good Quality Control Laboratory Practices at all times and ensures the work area they are responsible for is maintained in a clean and tidy state
Provide support to the supervisor in any reasonable request relating to the laboratory operation

Requirements:

Science based degree (preferably in Chemistry)
Experience working in a laboratory but not essential as this is more of a support role
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Packages
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
