Job Description:

Managing Engineering operations and budget; maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.

Job Responsibility:

Managing Property Operations and Engineering Budgets
Maintaining Property Standards
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
Managing Profitability
Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities

Requirements:

Min. 2 year degree from an accredited university in Building & Construction, Engineering, Mechanics or related major
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Min. 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance area
technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing is required
Excellent knowledge of Engineering operations to manage everyday business operations and generate innovative solutions to approach function specific work challenges
Good verbal and written English skills
Efficient team leader with good verbal and written communication skills
Good in planning and organizing
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Budgetary analysis capabilities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other operational programs used in the hotel
