We are on the hunt for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be an integral part of our team in the aviation industry. Based in Irvine, California, the CFO will play a key role in strategic planning, managing, and operating finance and accounting activities. Job Responsibility:

Undertake the responsibility of managing all finance and accounting activities
Handle business planning, budgeting, and forecasting tasks efficiently
Oversee financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, and investments
Conduct internal audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance
Represent the department's interests in financial policy, aviation, and technical matters
Utilize '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'Business systems', 'CRM' for efficient operations
Oversee all accounting functions for financial clarity
Conduct auditing to ensure all financial operations are within the legal framework
Manage budget processes to maintain financial health of the organisation
Handle capital management and cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability.

Requirements:

Candidate must be proficient in the use of 3M
Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
Knowledge of various Business Systems is crucial
Proficiency in CRM is necessary
Must be adept at performing Accounting Functions
Auditing experience is a must
Must be well-versed in Budget Processes
Experience in Capital Management is required
Must have skills for Cash Flow Analysis.
