Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a market-leading FMCG distribution company with a rich history of over 70 years. The COO will report to the CEO and oversee operational leadership, strategic planning, financial management, supply chain oversight, and sales and marketing support.

Job Responsibility:

Directing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
Collaborating with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory standards
Managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and maintain product availability
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
Ensuring company operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies, while proactively managing potential risks

Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 10 - 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry
At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership position
Possess own transport for interstate travelling
