Job Responsibility:

Manage and prioritise referrals to ensure timely assessments for children's safeguarding cases
Collaborate with partner agencies to support joint decision-making and comprehensive case evaluations
Guide the team in following safeguarding protocols and meeting statutory requirements for children's services
Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering professional development and consistent practice standards
Conduct audits to ensure assessments meet safeguarding standards for children
Serve as the escalation point for high-risk cases, making prompt decisions to mitigate risks to children's safety

Requirements:

2 years experience post qualification
Action safeguarding procedures
