Job Description:

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional care and support to young people?

Requirements:

Full UK driving license
2 years of managerial experience in children's residential services
Working knowledge of children's home quality standards
Experience with OFSTED inspections
QCF Level 5 leadership and management qualification or willingness to obtain
Flexible working hours
QCF Level 3/4 - CYP qualification

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of attachment theory in children's homes
Budget management experience
Knowledge of the referral process
