Job Description:

Job involves execution of Finishing works like Painting, Tiling, ACP, Glazing, Facade, False ceiling, Gypsum partition, Glass partition, Carpet, Plumbing, Sanitary, Furniture works etc. Ensuring adherence to quality, Safety standards and timelines.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and monitoring, Execution of Finishing works including resource Management, construction Supervision ensuring adherence to quality, Safety standards and timelines
Ensure all quality documents, QAP, Technical Specifications etc are in place and strict implementation of QAP including relevant field and Lab Tests, Calibrations of testing eqpts, TC of materials etc and proper upkeep of documents
Ensure proper billing with all supporting documents

Requirements:

B.E /Diploma in Civil
4-7 years experience in Project execution, Site Engineering
Planning and monitoring, Execution of Finishing works including resource Management, construction Supervision ensuring adherence to quality, Safety standards and timelines
Indetail experience in execution of Finishing works like Painting, Tiling, ACP, Glazing, Facade, False ceiling, Gypsum partition, Glass partition, Carpet, Plumbing, Sanitary, Furniture works etc
Ensure all quality documents, QAP, Technical Specifications etc are in place and strict implementation of QAP including relevant field and Lab Tests, Calibrations of testing eqpts, TC of materials etc and proper upkeep of documents
Ensure proper billing with all supporting documents
