Job Description:

Role involves preparing cost estimates, analyzing project risks, and coordinating with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs. Requires deep understanding of estimation and tendering for domestic and international projects.

Job Responsibility:

Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect costs and Price
Prepare Cost Estimates in line with scope withing stipulated timelines
Maintain accuracy of the Estimates without errors & omissions
Review / analyse quantities / costs based on KPIs, execution data, market trends, etc
Analyse Project Risks and quantify impact thereof
Prepare project cash flow analysis
Understanding of insurance coverages, Bank Guarantees, etc
Follow-up and co-ordination with other departments for bill of quantities and firming up costs

Requirements:

B.E / B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
10 - 15 Years experience
EPC industry exp is must
Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation and Tendering of Domestic and International projects
