This is a combo Litigation (employment defense & commercial litigation) AND transactional role, including advising employers, conducting workplace investigations, and drafting employee handbooks. Attorney billables: 1800-1850 per year. The firm offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a working environment with almost zero turnover.

Job Responsibility:

Handling employment matters with clients ranging from small business to Fortune 500 clients

Requirements:

Licensed Attorney in California
6 months-10 years of litigation experience
ABA-approved law school
