Job Description:
Senior Structural Engineer with Modular Building Experience (LGS, Hot rolled and CFS design). Responsibilities include hands on experience in design and managing the team of Civil, Structural and Architectural team, experience in design of RCC structures & Steel structures, independently prepare architectural layout, civil and structural design reports & drawings based on client’s input, experience in design of Foundations and steel connections using RAM or MS Excel spreadsheets, good knowledge in International Design Codes like ACI-318, SAUDI BUILDING CODE, BS8110 & IS456, strong in MS Excel formulas & manual calculations when required, understand the client requirement & prepare design deliverable schedule and follow the project deadlines to deliver the project on time, should be able to check the drawings for design intent & markup corrections, allocate, plan & monitor work given to engineering design team, coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, communicate directly with managers, production staff, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organize projects, responsible for aid in creation of working drawings, budgeting, scheduling, specifications, planning and design on projects, present design proposals and bids to management, ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards, and codes of practice, provide consultations during the project development and bidding phases, follows up the implementation of any necessary changes to the designs or drawings.
