Job Description:

Lawes Consulting Group is currently partnering with a key client who, due to continued growth, is seeking Claims Associates to join their team in London. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing and managing claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity. You will work closely with the claims team to ensure a timely and efficient claims process while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing and processing incoming claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
Communicating with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather necessary claim information
Collaborating with the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
Maintaining claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

Process and manage claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
Analyse claim documents and gather necessary information to make accurate claim assessments
Communicate with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather additional claim information
Collaborate with the claims team to ensure timely and accurate claims processing
Maintain claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
