Job Description:

This is your opportunity to join a Global Insurance company with a great team culture and state of the art facilities! As a Claims Disputes Specialist, your main responsibility will be to investigate and resolve complaints between customers and the business. You will be responsible for obtaining a comprehensive understanding of complaints and record issues and outcomes sought.

Job Responsibility:

Investigate and resolve customer disputes in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and principles
Mitigate risk and follow all compliance measures in order to effectively resolve issues, escalating where necessary
Communicate outcomes and updates in a timely manner to internal stakeholders and customers
Maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Experience within a disputes or complaints resolution role within financial services or experience in an insurance claims role is highly desirable
Able to apply a skeptical mindset in approaching different matters and challenge accepted practice
The flexibility to approach scenarios from different points of view
Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex information
A general understanding of the law and legislation around insurance would be beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
