This is a lodgement claims consultant role where you will be handling inbound calls from customers who have been affected by the recent weather events in QLD/NSW. You will handling calls and showing empathy to customers who are going through a tough time, gathering information required to start the claims process.

Act as the point of contact for the customer
Take thorough information and documentation required and input through the correct channels to start the claims process
Provide compassion and empathy for customers
Ensure claim information is compliant with policies and regulations
Accurate information handling
