Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Claims Paralegal/Specialist. This role involves managing commercial claim recovery files pre-trial, including issuing demand letters and updating the status of matters. The successful candidate will enjoy significant autonomy and the potential for a competitive salary.

Job Responsibility:

Manage pre-trial commercial claim recovery files effectively and independently
Issue demand letters as part of the claim recovery process
Regularly update the status of matters to ensure accurate records
Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with various parties
Employ calendar management techniques to organize and prioritize tasks
Administer claims effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in a paralegal role or claims role
Proficient in Calendar Management and scheduling
Experience in Claim Administration
Strong Communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
