Job Description:

High-end complex litigation plaintiff's firm has an immediate opportunity for a litigation attorney with 2+ years of class action experience to join their team! The role involves handling a range of responsibilities related to civil litigation and class action cases. The successful class action attorney will manage cases from inception to conclusion, with a focus on federal court cases.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the management of legal cases from start to finish
Engage in comprehensive civil litigation procedures
Actively participate in depositions and trials
Propose and respond to discovery requests
Draft and present law & motion documents
Handle complex litigation cases effectively
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Prioritize legal tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exercise sound judgement in case handling
Stay current with changes in legal regulations and industry trends

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Attorney in the state of California
Excellent academic credentials and judicial clerkship a plus
Must be local to California
