Job Description:

Classroom Support Assistant role in a dynamic SEN school providing a nurturing, tailored, and innovative environment for students with special educational needs (SEN). The school offers small class sizes, dedicated 1:1 support, and excellent facilities including trampolines, yoga rooms, and sensory rooms attached to each classroom. The role involves supporting learners, aiding classroom routines, and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Support learners in a variety of classroom settings
assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities
create a positive and encouraging environment for our learners
work alongside our 1:1 support staff

Requirements:

A valid DBS check
a full driving licence
experience working with children with SEN
personal connection to SEN (such as a family member with special needs)
