Job Responsibility:
Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new clients by issuing professional engagement letters, meeting AML requirements, conducting credit checks, and maintaining the database
Information Liaison: Communicate with other accountancy firms to facilitate timely information handovers for our clients
Client Support: Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries, building trust and confidence during their initial interactions
Regulatory Administration: Liaise with HMRC and Companies House to ensure client details are up-to-date and compliant
Database Maintenance: Keep internal client databases accurate and up-to-date, highlighting any discrepancies proactively
Office Administration: Assist with various office tasks, including preparing letters, completing forms, and managing electronic correspondence
Requirements:
Previous office-based experience
Client-facing experience (not limited to accountancy but other professional services would be ideal)
Familiarity with finance and liaising with government departments (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong IT, communication, and literacy skills
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
