Job Responsibility:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Attract new clients and build lasting relationships with existing ones to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Client Onboarding and Presentations: Conduct presentations on investment products and services, delivering clear and professional information to clients
Client Support and Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs
Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust and inform them about new market opportunities and strategic updates
Customized Investment Strategies: Develop and implement personalized strategies for key clients based on their goals and preferences
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with transaction processing, and ensure efficient communication between clients and internal departments
Networking and Brand Representation: Participate in industry conferences and professional communities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and analytics departments to ensure a high standard of customer service
Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality and satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions and strategy effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
