As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s success. Job Responsibility:
Attract new clients to the company while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing ones
Conduct company and product presentations, highlighting available investment opportunities tailored to clients’ goals
Develop and implement personalized investment strategies for key clients based on their unique requirements and objectives
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and changes in strategy
Address client queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
Assist with client documentation, transaction processes, and the seamless exchange of information between clients and the company
Represent the company at industry conferences and business communities, presenting investment products and building the brand’s reputation
Work closely with internal departments (marketing, analytics) to enhance the client experience and identify new opportunities
Gather and analyze client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery
Prepare reports on client interactions, market insights, and strategic outcomes to help define the company’s ideal client profile
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven sales or client relationship management experience, preferably in financial services
Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Finance, or a related field
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
