Job Description:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s success. Job Responsibility:

  • Attract new clients to the company while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing ones
  • Conduct company and product presentations, highlighting available investment opportunities tailored to clients’ goals
  • Develop and implement personalized investment strategies for key clients based on their unique requirements and objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and changes in strategy
  • Address client queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Assist with client documentation, transaction processes, and the seamless exchange of information between clients and the company
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and business communities, presenting investment products and building the brand’s reputation
  • Work closely with internal departments (marketing, analytics) to enhance the client experience and identify new opportunities
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, market insights, and strategic outcomes to help define the company’s ideal client profile

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven sales or client relationship management experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
