Job Description:

A company in the financial sector is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their insurance department. This is a great opportunity to leverage your experience in insurance within a dynamic, collaborative, and people-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide internal client service to assigned advisors
Follow up with insurance providers
Respond to email inquiries
Process and update insurance contract modifications

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance, client service, or coordination roles
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
A true team player with a client-first mindset
AMF permit is a strong asset
