Job Description:

Our client, a respected SEC-registered RIA managing ~$2 billion in assets, is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a team of four Client Service professionals
Oversee transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with custodians and third-party data providers
Optimize resources and support advisors across locations
Improve workflows for onboarding, account maintenance, and investments

Requirements:

7+ in client service or operations at an RIA
Proven leadership and team management experience
Expertise in Schwab, Fidelity, Addepar, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
