Job Description:

This is a full-time permanent Client Services Manager opportunity based in Parramatta, requiring travel to Wollongong once a fortnight. Responsibilities include managing operations of multiple branches, responding to client and staff inquiries, overseeing staff duties, and leading the team to achieve KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

Support the operational, delivery and FP teams in achieving office objectives
Monitor and distribute client service tasks and duties
Respond to client and staff enquiries
Act as an escalation point on tasks and risks
Oversee day to day duties of staff and ensure superior levels of service is met and delivered to clients
Recruit, assess, coach, develop & lead a successful team to achieve KPIs

Requirements:

Previous leadership and management experience within Financial Services
Demonstrated client services experience
Strong complaint management experience
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Able to identify opportunities and gaps
