Job Description:

This is a permanent full-time client service officer position, supporting the client service managers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact, customer service to ensure the clients partner providers are at the forefront of every decision.

Job Responsibility:

Scanning of files and documents
Liaising with financial advisers over the phone and email
Processing transactions and preparing client review documents
Doing consents + trade proofing

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for the financial services industry
