Job Description:

Our client, a well-established Wealth Management firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a proven Client Services Manager to join their firm. In this position, you will be responsible for Compliance, Operational Management, Business Plan development, new employee onboarding, and other location development responsibilities. This position is essentially providing oversight for the firm’s continued growth.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a client services managerial role
Proven expertise in Client Relations
Strong knowledge in Compliance and Compliance Audit
Demonstrated ability in Client Intake
Experience in creating and implementing Business Plans
Proficiency in Operations Coordination
Prior experience in Branch Administration
series 9/10 or 24 license (or ability to be licensed quickly)
3+ years’ experience in wealth management
well-rounded background in the industry

Nice to have:

Experience with small family culture firms

What we offer:

Base salary $80,000-$110,000
