Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Client Services Manager for one of the top medical communication agency in the industry, with a legacy of more than 17 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Manage client accounts to achieve business objectives and deliver integrated healthcare communication projects, including publications, events, and digital solutions
proactively identify new opportunities and provide strategic consultancy based on a strong understanding of clients' business goals and market dynamics
develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients to address their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or mass communications or a scientific degree such as pharmacy, biology, or biomedical science
experience in pharmaceutical marketing/ethical marketing is an added advantage
excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
demonstrated ability to build and manage high-value client relationships

Nice to have:

experience in pharmaceutical marketing/ethical marketing
