Job Responsibility:
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence using Word and Excel
Track and manage client communications within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Review and prioritize incoming emails, voicemails, and correspondence to ensure timely responses
Organize and maintain records, reports, and documents in the firm’s electronic document management system (Laserfiche)
Communicate directly with clients regarding account requests, document preparation, and information gathering
Coordinate with custodians to process account forms, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals
Ensure timely completion of client paperwork while adhering to deadlines and compliance requirements
Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up
Maintain up-to-date client records and information within internal systems
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team and a Partner
Requirements:
Experience in client services, financial services, or administrative support
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
Experience using Fidelity or Schwab as a custodian
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
