Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your QS expertise and work closely with a diverse range of well-established construction companies. You’ll have the chance to expand your professional network while making an impact in a growing sector.

Job Responsibility:

Dive deep into understanding the challenges and bottlenecks within QS workflows and processes
Deliver presentations that outline the primary QS issues and showcase how the solutions can address to the clinets
Collaborate with potential clients to gain a clear understanding of their existing processes, approval systems, and key challenges
Facilitate discussions and workshops with a range of stakeholders, including teams from QS, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, and Directors, to identify areas for improvement
Pitch the company on the solution and how it can optimize workflows and deliver lasting value to clients

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience in construction, consultancy, or a similar environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost management practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
A self-driven individual with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities
